This is my Final Design for my magazine from cover article, i have chosen to give my magazine a professional 3-colour scheme, choosing the colours black and red as the main prodominant colours then using white to contrast with these two colours.
I modeled my design around the rock magazine, kerrang. Which uses a two colour scheme of black and white and uses black as the prodominant colour. This adds a more darkened feel to the magazine and keeps in with it's rock n' roll style.
Using this influence i choose to give my magazine a rock/electronic theme. Using the image of the redguitar and a logo that connotates to sound waves. I then used an image of a model with his hands on his headphones in a position that stereotypically may be taken by a DJ. This links with the names of artists who link to this theme in the footer of the page.
I chose to use a rhyming sell line "MC Bainzy G Releases New EP" this is a catchy headline that can easily relate to an artists music and what the magazine has to offer, such as information on the artists new music and news about other artists who are featured in the footer.
